Biography

Li Yang, Associate Chief Physician, Department of Plastic Surgery, Xijing Hospital, Air Force Medical University; Visiting Scholar and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, from 2012 to 2014. He has undertaken and participated in multiple National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, published more than 50 papers in well-known domestic and international journals, and served as editor-in-chief or contributing editor of 5 monographs. He received the First Prize for Outstanding Paper at the 7th Song Ruyao Plastic Surgery Young Physicians Forum in 2015 and the Outstanding Paper Award from the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery in 2015. He serves as a committee member of several academic societies, including the Chinese Medical Association, Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, and Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
